HOW DOES IT WORK?
Loose Ends delivers 6 or more bottles of natural wine to your door every month. With free shipping anywhere in Australia, prices start at $150 for a half-dozen. Simply select your preference of white, red or a mixed box(es). The styles vary month to month and you’ll discover something new about organic and biodynamic wines each and every time you open a box from us. Persons ordering alcoholic beverages must be over 18 years of age. Alcoholic beverage deliveries must be signed for by a person over 18 at the time of delivery.
WHAT’S IN THE BOX?
Loose Ends sources organic, biodynamic and natural wines from all over the world, but maintains a focus on those made in Australia by small-batch viticulturists. Wines are made with minimal intervention, in both the vineyard and the winery, and are at the cutting edge of taste and style. In mixed boxes you’ll usually find one or two white wines, one orange (skin contact / amber), one rosé and a couple of reds — though the exact makeup will vary with availability.

WHO’S CHOOSING WINES FOR ME?
Loose Ends delivers fun, easy drinking wine, with plenty of character. It’s a great way to build your interest and understanding of the amazing natural wine world. The bottles are picked each month by organic, sustainable and biodynamic wine brainiac Joel Amos from DRNKS. He has worked in all aspects of the business; from growing grapes and producing wine to wholesaling and curating wine lists for restaurants, and is one of the most respected people in the game. You won’t see the same bottles often, there will always be new wines, from new producers to fall in love with. With tasting notes included in every box, there's plenty of information to help you enjoy and learn about each bottle.
HOW DO GIFT ORDERS WORK?
Give the gift of natural wine! Simply select a white, red or mixed box (each box contains 6 organic or bio-dynamic wines), how many boxes and the number of months of wonderful wine you’d like to give. Unlike regular subscriptions, gift orders are paid for in one single upfront transaction.
CAN I BULK ORDER?
There is no limit to the amount of natural wine we can get to you. Simply contact us at email@example.com and we’ll make it happen.
HOW MANY VARIETIES ARE IN EACH BOX?
Each box of 6 wines will contain different bottles / varietals from a range of vineyards and producers. We’ll never send you doubles (unless you increase your order of boxes). For orders of 12 bottles or more (a.k.a 2 or more boxes), you’ll receive the same 6 bottles in each box. You’ll hardly ever see the same bottles month to month, so you’ll always be discovering new wines.
IS NATURAL WINE SULPHITE FREE?
Sulphites are a by-product of the fermentation process and all wines contain them in some level. We specialise in wines made with minimal intervention meaning that our wines are either free from added sulphites or added at levels that are hard for the human body to detect – typically less sulphite than you'd find in one single dried apricot per bottle. If you're unsure about the sulphites of a specific wine we carry, email us.
IS NATURAL WINE VEGAN?
Wine that hasn't undergone any processing that involves products derived from animals is classified as vegan wine. Specifically, it's the fining process where animal products (Isinglass) are most often used. We specialise in wines made with minimal intervention meaning our wines are commonly unfined. Whilst not all natural and biodynamic wine is vegan, it almost absolutely always is. If you're unsure about a specific wine we carry, email us.
WHEN DO I GET MY FIRST BOX?
We will send out your first box of wine within 48 hours of receiving payment. Following this, your monthly deliveries will be dispatched with all other subscribers on the first Monday of each month.
WHEN ARE PAYMENTS PROCESSED?
Recurring payments are made a few days before each monthly delivery is dispatched (which happens on the first Monday of every month).
How Can I Manage My Account?
If you’ve already made a purchase from us, simply use the email address and password you used upon sign-up to log in. You can add or change shipping addresses, update billing details, change the number of bottles of wine you receive each month, pause or cancel your subscription and more. If you'd like to change what's in your box (for example from 'Red' to 'White' or ‘Mixed’), drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
How Do I Create An Account?
When you make your first purchase from loose ends, you’ll be asked to provide an email address and password. These details also provide access to ‘My Account’ should you like to update your details or make changes to your subscription. You can also set up an account without making a transaction. Simply register your details, for a faster checkout next time you visit.
I Forgot My Password
It happens to us all. If you can’t remember your password when trying to access ‘My Account’, simply press the ‘Forgot Your Password’ button, enter your email address and we’ll send you instructions to reset your password.
Can I Pause My Subscription?
Do you already have too much wine or you’re heading away for a holiday? No problem, you can pause your subscription for a month or more. Log into your account, click on 'Delivery Schedule' and update accordingly.
How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
To cancel or pause your subscription, simply log in to ‘My Account’. If you'd like to just skip a month or two of your subscription, you can do so by clicking on 'Delivery Schedule' and alter accordingly. However, if you want to end your subscription, click on 'Subscriptions' and then cancel your ongoing involvement.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
We respect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality. If in the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee we will happily exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase.
